ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Advertising Prompt Engineer to turn client briefs into strong visual concepts, scripts, storyboards and AI‑generated assets. You will work hand in hand with the director/creative lead and the marketing team to imagine short films, social‑media formats, creative variations for A/B tests and high‑performing hooks for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Meta Ads.
You will be involved at every stage: understanding brand needs, translating them into visual ideas, writing precise prompts, optimising outputs, tracking deliverables and keeping an eye on new technologies (AI video, avatars, voice, real‑time VFX). Your playground: testing, refining and pushing the tools to their limits while keeping a storyteller’s and advertiser’s eye on everything you create.
REQUIREMENTS
You already master several AI tools (VEO, SORA, KLING, RUNWAY, NANO BANANA PRO / Stable Diffusion, video generators, voice tools, etc.) and know how to write clear, structured, reusable prompts. You have a real advertising culture (spots, social campaigns, branding) and understand performance mechanics: hook, retention, call to action, platform‑specific adaptation. You are comfortable with written English, scripts, moodboards and visual references. You are autonomous, rigorous, curious, ready to document your processes and to work closely with the creative direction and the media team. Experience in an agency, directing or motion design is a plus.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a performance‑driven Community Manager to oversee the distribution of our content: editorial planning, publishing, moderation, campaign optimisation and reporting. Your role will be to keep our videos alive in the feed, manage communities and increase reach, engagement and conversions for our clients.
In direct collaboration with the director, the Prompt Engineer and the sales team, you will contribute to social‑media recommendations, create platform‑specific formats, track KPIs and set up creative tests (thumbnail variations, hooks, short/long formats). You will also be proactive on trends: TikTok, Reels, UGC, collaborations with creators, and more.
REQUIREMENTS
You know the main platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their back‑offices (Business Manager, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) very well. You can build an editorial calendar, write effective captions, schedule posts and read stats (CPM, CPC, CTR, views, watch time…). You have already managed communities and sponsored campaigns for brands, media or creators. You are organised, reactive, comfortable working remotely, and have a strong sensitivity for image and video. Experience in influence, content marketing or growth is a plus.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Sales Representative to grow our client portfolio: brands, agencies, companies and creators who need high‑performing videos for product launches, acquisition campaigns or brand image.
Your mission will be to understand prospects’ needs, present our offers (AI‑powered spots, full campaigns, social‑media packs), build clear proposals and support clients from first contact to signature and production follow‑up. You will work directly with the producer, the director, the Prompt Engineer and the Community Manager to turn each brief into a concrete offer with real return on investment for the client.
REQUIREMENTS
You already have experience in business development, ideally in advertising, video, digital or social media. You are comfortable on the phone, in video calls and in meetings; you know how to prospect (outbound), handle inbound leads and follow up professionally without being pushy. You understand brand communication challenges and can clearly explain the value of video and AI for their campaigns. You are autonomous, organised, comfortable working remotely, and motivated by a model where your compensation can grow with your results. ABOUT THE JOB
INREEL STUDIO develops genre‑driven feature films and narrative projects with a strong visual identity, at the crossroads between independent cinema and accessible genre filmmaking. We are looking for a Producer / Production Partner to support the financing and structuring of our films (development, co‑productions, pre‑sales, public funding, deals with platforms and private partners). The goal is to build a solid slate of projects (thrillers, sci‑fi, high‑concept stories) and bring them to production, relying on strong writing, bold visual worlds and hybrid workflows that mix live‑action shooting with next‑generation AI/VFX tools.
You will work directly with Arnaud Duprey (writer / director / producer) to build financing plans, identify the right partners (co‑producers, distributors, world sales companies, platforms, investors), structure the packages (intent notes, visual bibles, budgets, finance plans) and accompany the projects through markets, labs and festivals. The position is designed as a long‑term collaboration: co‑building an editorial line, setting up a development strategy and a project pipeline, with a real opportunity to help shape the studio’s identity.
REQUIREMENTS
You already have solid experience in producing feature films or series (contracts, budgeting, financing, institutions, international copros or platform deals). You understand classic mechanisms (national and regional funds, tax incentives, equity, TV/platform pre‑sales, minimum guarantees) and you are keen to explore more agile models combining studio shooting, virtual production, VFX and AI to optimise budgets. You are comfortable pitching projects, defending a vision, maintaining a network of partners and opening doors internationally. You work autonomously and in a spirit of trust, with a genuine taste for genre worlds, sci‑fi, thrillers and high‑concept storytelling. Experience in international co‑production, business affairs or world sales is a strong plus.
